Today, Yuka and I went to see the Kawasaki Halloween Parade, which is the biggest of its kind in Japan. The event was arranged for the 12th time, and this year the parade had over 3000 participants. Many of the costumes are homemade and quite impressive, and it was fun to see people of all ages and backgrounds participate in such a silly event. Perhaps I will have the time and courage to participate next year.
