I got this interesting email from some guy called Kamran. It seems like the plane I flew with Pakistan Airlines actually was newer than what I wrote in my little review. My aplogies to the fine people at Pakistan Airlines, who run a nice airline that I hope and pray I will never have to fly again.
"Just by chance - dont know how - surfed in to your site - Regarding ur asia trip where u have a picture of pakistan international airlines airbus 310 in narita airport in japan. U say in the caption, that this plane is 30 years old and one needs lots of drugs and alcohol to ignore the sounds this 30 years old plane makes . May i tell u, that in 1999 when u took the picture, the plane was 7 yrs old - just for info".
