We hardly met a single Norwegian on the way to the Pulpit Rock, most hikers were tourists with limited time. Now, this is the Pulpit Rock.  A massive cliff 604 meters above Lysefjorden, but who would know?  We could not see the fjord at all.

One Japanese tourist commented that he did not know whether or not to be scared.  More scary is probably Yuka, who looks like a ghost to the right in this picture. Another picture of the Pulpit Rock, which probably would not be a famous tourist attraction if every day was like this.

The hike to the Pulpit Rock takes about 2 hours, and luckily it was possible to see some nature along the way. Here is a nice photo of Lysefjorden, though not as seen from the Pulpit Rock.
